Salehi: Western Military Presence in Middle East Creates Land for Terrorism ALMATY, (SANA) - Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Akbar Salehi affirmed that the western military presence in the Middle East creates a solid land for spreading terrorism, drug smuggling and organized crime.

During the third Ministerial Conference of the Countries of the" Heart of Asia" in Almaty in Kazakhstan, Salehi said that the presence of foreign forces in Afghanistan are hindering the authorities in the country from managing its issues.

He pointed out that the constitutional system in the lands under foreign occupation will remain unable to face that challenges as long as foreign forces did not withdraw.
