DAMASCUS, (SANA) – The Foreign and Expatriates Ministry affirmed that the French government must stop interfering in Syria's internal affairs, noting that the amnesty decree issued by President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday comes at the eve of the anniversary of the evacuation of French occupiers from Syria.

The Ministry said that the Syrian people will not permit France to return to Syria through its support of the armed terrorist groups which it commands to shed Syrian blood, stressing that France has no right to evaluate a Syrian internal issue.
